Shipping + Returns + Refunds

There are two types of orders on this website:

1. Ordering Existing Items:

ELL BEAUTY Makes every effort to ship your order (if it is an existing item) within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Orders will ship during the weekdays (Saturday – Thursday), excluding the national holidays. It is our primary task to provide outstanding customer service and a high-quality shopping experience. We will gladly refund your canceled purchased order before sending it.

2. Pre-ordering Items:

Please be informed that Pre-order items need to be bought from international brand stores and will be shipped within 4-10 weeks. ELL BEAUTY does not accept cancellations or product exchanges once the products have been ordered on the original brand’s websites or stores.

In any case, please email our team at hello@ellbeauty.ir and don’t forget to include your Order Number, Date of Purchase, and a description of the reason for the cancellation.

Conditions

1. ELL BEAUTY will NOT ACCEPT product returns due to hygienic reasons.
2. Customers can only ship items from one order to one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
3. The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs.
